Our Story

TEMPRATURA is a smokehouse and meat restaurant in Isfiya.

Born from a love of fire. Built by our own hands. Made stronger by family.

What began as a passion for fire, smoke and meat grew over the years into a way of life. Countless hours of experimenting, learning and patience shaped the barbecue we’re proud to serve today.

At TEMPRATURA, there are no shortcuts. Every cut is carefully selected, every process is given the time it deserves, and every dish passes through our hands before it reaches your table.

We even built the heart of our smokehouse ourselves. Our smoker, one of the largest in the area, was built by our own hands with one purpose — to create exactly the fire, smoke and flavors we envisioned, without compromise.

But TEMPRATURA was never a one-man journey. Behind the long hours, every idea and every step along the way has been the unwavering support of my wife and our family. They believed in the dream, stood beside me through the journey, and became an inseparable part of our story.
